Meeting me in person
You will quickly find me to be an intensely curious and engaging coach. My coaching style has been described as calm and insightful, yet challenging.
As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, specialising in Positive Leadership Coaching, I incorporate my knowledge of positive psychology, leadership practice and coaching psychology to enable my clients to overcome their individual barriers to success, for example a feeling of overwhelm, lacking confidence or that you are undergoing a transition.
“The view you adopt for yourself profoundly affects the way you lead your life”
Dweck, 2006
On our journey together, we will take the time to understand your personal context: your values, beliefs, mindset and strengths, where your challenges lie, and how your social and organizational networks affect you. Together we will examine how these systems and beliefs affect your goals and wellbeing while working towards the vision you have of a future you.
